Our 1 2 1 sessions are designed to provide you with individualised attention and instruction from our highly skilled and certified Pilates trainers. Whether you’re a beginner looking to improve core strength and flexibility or an experienced practitioner aiming to refine your technique, our trainers will work with you one-on-one to ensure you reach your desired outcomes.

What should you expect: These sessions allow our trainers to assess your posture, movement patterns, and individual challenges, ensuring that each exercise is performed correctly and safely. The personalised guidance provided in our 1 2 1 sessions helps improve alignment, prevent injuries, and promote overall body awareness. Your instructor will put together a workout specifically tailored to your goals, focusing on areas of improvement and addressing any specific concerns or limitations you have. This approach allows you to progress at your own pace, ensuring efficient and effective results. You will receive hands-on corrections and verbal cues, promoting proper technique and muscle engagement.

At So Pilates you will find premium balance body equipment (reformer, chair, barrel), providing you with a comprehensive and well-rounded Pilates experience during your sessions.

Private Session Pricing

1-2-1 sessions are £65 each, £270 for 5 sessions, or £450 for 10 sessions.
