Our Classes
Our Beginners Reformer Pilates Session is specially designed for individuals who are new to Pilates or reformer workouts.

Barre Pilates is a programme of exercises done at the Barre (a stationary handrail that provides support for people during various types of exercise). It is similar to the movements you see Ballet dances do, but using the principles from Pilates to get a full-body workout for any level and body type.

Our Core Power Reformer Class is a dynamic and challenging class is tailored for individuals who have a solid foundation in Pilates and are ready to take their practice to the next level.
